1. Navigate to the Convertkit dashboard
You will need to have a convertkit account and sign in.
2. Go to Landing Pages & Forms
3. Create a form if you don’t have one already.
4. Click Publish in top right
5. Click on the share tab and copy url
6. Paste url in Notion
Head to Notion and add an embed block. You can do this by typing a forward slash and typing embed. Paste the url in your clipboard to the block.
